Preform injection system of Chenie nasr company was supplied by KRAUSS MAFFEI Co. of Germany, a leading and renowned manufacturer of injection systems in Europe and the whole world. It is almost unsurpassed in production capacity and quality. Too much care has been paid in designing and implementing molds.

The above system is backed up by a variety of molds that makes it possible to produce perform in 9 different sizes at various weight range, as a result of which the company is capable to produce performs at a size range of 21 g. to 47g. meanwhile, our customers acknowledge that almost no production loss is likely to be left for the system due to customized shape and dimensions of preform as well as optimized length and thickness at primary stages of design, cutting down energy consumption of blowing system of about 30% as compared to preforms with identical weight.
